SendEmails is the premier email marketing software. Designing a campaign and delivering to targeted prospects is easy. Complete tracking is possible by noting the mails opened by recipients, mails forwarded and/or internal links clicked and the exact geo location of the prospect. Targeted and personalized mail to specific geographical area is possible.
Pros: SendEmails is a email campaign management software. It cannot help creating a list, there are other software applications available for such list building. But this application can manage most of the other activities in a e-mail campaign. Designing of a campaign, including the actual mail/newsletter to be sent out, mass delivery and tracking of what happens after the mails are received by the target audience are things that can be done.
SendEmails is a high-performance newsletter software with advanced functions. The product features: ultra fast delivery which submits your newsletter in minutes, highest delivery rates, a new personalization engine "DynamicText" with scripting support and detailed real-time statistics.
The application makes detailed tracking possible such as opened mails, forwarded mails, visited web pages etc. It is possible to find out geographic locations with great accuracy. Coupled with dynamic text facility available it is then possible to personalize mail/newsletter based on country/city etc as well as demographic targeting. There are some 100 odd ways targeting rules can be created.
This application is able to bypass mail sent quotas set by ISPs, publishers claim that CAN-SPAM compliance is met proper unsubscribing/subscribe is as required. Connecting with a variety of databases is possible. These databases include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, CSV, dBase, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL Server, IBM Informix and Oracle. HTML Files and unformatted text also are supported. Several language version is available.
Cons: The user is ultimately responsible if the mail generated is treated as spam and he’ll have to bear the consequences. Thus users must make sure this application does not cause problems in this context.
Overall: A 4 star performer at least.
My intention is not to slander but I would strongly advise you consider carefully before giving this company money. Now they are telling me I have to remove my reviews or they will prosecute me for giving an honest review of how they treated me.
The honest facts are I thought I was buying a service which it turned out their terms wouldn`t let me do which I felt was unclear. I contacted them and they threw jargon at me blocked my account and then started ignoring my requests for help. Finally I gave up and just wanted to review them to ensure other people don`t make the same mistake. If you don`t want your contact details to be sold or you are sending to a purchased database list of opt in emails dont use this company.
The software crashes frequently, in their terms they hide the fact by using the software they sell your company details on, once you pay there support team ignore emails, they deactivated my account because I had a purchased contact list and then refuse to refund me... I paid to send out 20,000 emails they sent out maybe 200.
When sending newsletters/e-mails with SendEmails, you`ll be treated by the surprise that you don`t have to send the e-mails from your computer! Yep, if you have a list of 20,000 or more e-mails, it is as simple as loading up the list, loading the newsletter to send and clicking "Send." Then SendEmails will upload the list and the e-mail to send to their server, and thats it! You can close SendEmails and continue on with another task.
Then you have such nice tracking options like, opened e-mails, clicked links within the e-mails, geolocation (Can track what country, state/terroritory, and even city), and the newest feature which is having the ability to see how many people have forwarded your e-mail.
Another very nice ability is that any one of these fields can be exported out as a .csv file. This means if you have a list that is horribly unmanaged and maybe 1/3 of the list is bad, send it through RapidSmtp. It will then tell you which e-mails successfully sent and then allow you to export these out to its own database. And bam! You now have your list cleaned out and only the ones that sent successfully in your list.
As a whole, and for its price SendEmails is the best you can get.
